Our company’s editorial and analytics department publish news, articles and reports on foreign real estate investment trends, overseas property markets and expert advice for first-time investors. For further information about our publications please visit the articles section on our website.
We regularly carry out surveys among large private banks, investors and brokers to monitor and analyse the purchasing patterns and investment habits of HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals) in different property markets.
We are eager to support young students and graduates who share the same passion for real estate, disruptive trends on the market and for quality research of course. Tranio will offer a grant/prize to the best research project on the topic of cross-border real estate crowdfunding. The submission will be reviewed by a panel of judges from our editorial and analytics department.
We are looking for a research based on statistical data, industry expert comments and interviews, case studies, etc.
We offer €1,000 to the author of the best research and the opportunity to have the report published on our website, as well as in major international media outlet, online and in print.

Applying for our grant is easy. All you need to do is to fill in the application form below and upload your research, following the project information below.

Language: English
Length: 50-60 pages
Methodology: primary and secondary research as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis
Format: 12-point font, single-spaced text with a line between each paragraph, and 2.5 cm margins on all sides
Deadline for submissions: 1st August 2019
