How we work
Approximately 2,500 requests are processed by our website every month. We get back to those leaving requests within a day to find out their motivations and property criteria. We pass on information to the partner about the potential client interested in their listings. We also recommend them to a second partner who, by our estimations, has relevant options. Thus, partners get requests not only for their property, but for properties of other partners, and a client gets to choose whom to work with.
We introduce our clients to each partner individually and support the process so that clients are satisfied with partner services and you get loyal cooperative clients.
What is in it for us? We get a share of the commission from every sale closed with clients received from Tranio.
