The territory includes olive groves, forests with hunting grounds, stables, and numerous residential and industrial buildings. This property belongs to an agricultural company whose activities are divided into two segments.

The complex is located in the central part of the country, close to the famous medieval art cities of Todi, Assisi and Perugia. A convenient road leads to the largest cities of Tuscany, as well as Rome (about 171 km).
