In February 2024, the number of non-EU buyers in Cyprus exceeded the number of EU buyers by 93%, with a total of 342 individuals.

The total number of foreign property investors in Cyprus decreased by 2% compared to January 2024, but increased by 28.5% compared to February 2023.

The highest shares of transactions with foreigners were recorded in Paphos (36% of transactions), Larnaca (25%) and Limassol (23%).
