A 16th-century villa by the sea in the Marche region, in the province of Pesaro, once owned by a noble Italian family, is up for sale. The residence is located on a hill surrounded by a large plot (about 4 hectares) where cypresses, pine trees and rare plant species grow. The villa on the Adriatic Sea in Marche was used as a summer residence and also as a hunting lodge. At the end of the 17th century, the building was restored and, despite numerous changes throughout its history, it has not lost its original charm. The features of the original design, one of the two towers with characteristic battlements, and many decorative elements have been preserved. The area of the villa is about 2500 m². The main building is characterized by a double portico with majestic columns. The arched windows with terracotta frames offer stunning views of the towns of Fano and Pesaro. According to all its criteria, the building is perfect for a hotel structure. The property is in need of renovation.
