In the Tuscan countryside of Suvereto, Cornia Valley, this holiday estate after years of abandonment, has been restored by the owners for its enchanted location. The land has been planted with 1000 olive trees, also adding two agricultural outbuildings that completed the “little village”. The view stretches from the sea to the hills, from the cornfields to the woods, from the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago to the Amiata Mountain. There are 20 hectares of farmland with olive grove, wood and Mediterranean scrub. The 1.000 olive trees are among the highest ranked varieties in Tuscany: Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio, besides other ones lesser known as Cuoricino, Morcone and Lazzero di Prata, that the owners wanted to plant to preserve memories and the history. Along with its good wine and oil, the farmhouse consists of five lodgings: four two-rooms apartments and one studio. This is combined with 420 m² more of living area where there are:
- a large plastered agricultural outbuilding of 200 m² with an office area, oil storage and bathroom;
- 2 agricultural outbuildings made of stone, one of 45 m² and the other one of 90 m², where there are 3 two-room apartments that run currently as a farm holiday house;
- 1 studio apartment 35 m² and another two-room apartment 50 m² in the main building;
