The approved construction project includes 42 apartments capable of accommodating over 80 students. The project has permission to build a building with an additional 8 apartments of the T0 and T2 types. The complex has 24 hour security, a concierge, a dining room, a gym and gardens. Payment terms — 20% are paid at the time of signing the sales contract. The rest is paid at the time of the final transaction.
