In the basement are the old cellars, where the Roman walls of the building are still visible.
On the ground floor, the building houses two guest apartments (one of which is still to be restored and completed) and the common areas (consisting of the reception, the changing room for the swimming pool and a kitchen with terrace and barbecue). Beyond the paved courtyard, three large warehouses could be refurbished to create a wellness center.

Apartment N2 (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom): living area with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
On the first floor there is the owners' house, completely renovated and tastefully furnished to make it a luxury home. Owners' apartment (5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms): entrance/reading room, secondary dining room with kitchen, office, large living room with access from the external loggia, master suite with sitting room and private bathroom, two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms and bathroom.
Going up to the second floor you will find the historic residence that is rented to guests, also equipped with great privacy, all the desirable comforts and large rooms full of history. Historic house (7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms): entrance, large reception room, library, dining room with kitchen, tower with breakfast room, meditation room and terrace, five bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms and service bathroom.
On the top floor, in the attic of the building, there is the last guest apartment, reachable from the main staircase of the building.
