According to the project, the building with an area of over 27,000 m² includes:
- hotel 12,000 m²
- retail space over 1,500 m²
- living area of about 3,500 m²
- other 1,000 m²
- two-storey underground parking of about 9,000 m²
Deal structure: Asset Deal.
The building permit has been obtained.
Notary (state registration) is 1.5 – 2%.
Acquisition tax is 3.5%.
Brokerage fee is 3% + VAT 19% (total 3.57%).
The building is located in Munich, 6 km from the historic city center and Marienplatz square. The nearest public transport stop and a grocery chain supermarket are just 100 meters away.
